Well so far in 2013- passed 9th and 8th Kup in TKD, passed level 4 Dacayana, Met and trained with Master Jun Dacayana and went to Italy.

Well this year we are doing 50,000 press ups and 50,000 sit ups for charity. In memory of or friends and family that have been taken by cancer.
